PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE SIGNING. THIS IS A LEGAL DOCUMENT.

In consideration for being allowed to enter and participate in activities on the property of Ananda Valley Farm ("the Farm"), I, the undersigned, acknowledge and agree to the following:

 

1. Assumption of Risk: 

I understand and acknowledge that visiting the Farm involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

● Dirt pathways, uneven or slippery terrain

● Interaction with farm animals, which may behave unpredictably

● Proximity to or use of heavy equipment and machinery

● Exposure to allergens, insects, dust, or weather conditions

 

I voluntarily accept and assume all such risks, both known and unknown, even if arising from the negligence of the Farm, its owners, employees, volunteers, or representatives.

 

2. Waiver and Release: 

I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless the Farm , its owners, officers, agents, employees, volunteers, and affiliates ("Released Parties") from any and all liability, claims, demands, losses, or damages arising from my presence on the property, including any injury, illness, death, or property damage, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

 

3. Medical Treatment: 

I authorize the Farm to secure emergency medical care if deemed necessary. I understand and agree that I am responsible for all costs related to such treatment and any related transportation.

 

4. Children and Minors:

I acknowledge that all minors under my care will be supervised at all times. I assume full responsibility for their safety and compliance with all the Farm rules.

 

5. Photography and Media Release:

I give permission to the Farm to use photographs or video taken of me (or my children) on the property for promotional purposes.

 

6. Rules and Conduct:

I agree to follow all posted signs and verbal instructions given by the farm staff, associates and/or volunteers. I understand that failure to do so may result in being asked to leave the premises without refund or further liability.

 

7. Severability

If any portion of this waiver is held to be invalid, the remainder shall continue in full legal force and enacted.
